- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers across the USA.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Update CRM accurately after every customer interaction.
- Follow client SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Candidate RequirementsExcellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Knowledge of E-commerce customer support (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Strong communication,



active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
