AI-Native Platform Implementation Engineer

Mysore | Full-time | Reports to Platform Architect

Role: Primary engineer for a multi-surface platform (mobile app, web dashboards, website, backend, device simulation, real-time messaging). Cursor-native — you turn written specs into shipped, tested code using AI-assisted development. Taking over from a departing engineer.

Scope: Mobile (maps, payments, booking), admin/partner dashboards, marketing/commerce website, hardware simulation layer, backend APIs/auth/DB, real-time messaging, embedded analytics. Multi-repo; production may be ahead of local code.

Responsibilities: Implement specs via precise Cursor prompting, own modules end-to-end (build → test → deploy → document), debug cross-system issues, send weekly status updates.

Must-haves:

- Daily Cursor/AI-assisted dev experience




- Fluent English, strong technical writing
- Full-stack (3+ of React/TS, React Native, Python, Node.js)
- REST APIs, auth, relational DBs, Git
- Cross-stack debugging (payments, maps, messaging)
- Basic cloud/containers
- Ownership mindset, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity

Nice-to-haves: MQTT/WebSockets, payment/map integrations, multi-tenant dashboards, DB migrations, IoT/hardware simulation.

Milestones: 30 days — onboarded, environments running, blockers documented. 60 days — shipped improvements, closed an integration item. 90 days — operating independently, driving current features.
