Operations Executive (Inventory & Dispatch)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Manage inward and outward material entries.
- Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify received and dispatched materials.
- Perform regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Update inventory data in MS Excel or ERP software.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and production teams for smooth material flow.




- Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Ensure products are stored systematically and follow company procedures.
- Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Experience in inventory, dispatch, logistics, or the solar industry will be preferred.
- Any Qualification preffered
