?‍? About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with experience in bulk hiring / BPO recruitment to manage the complete hiring and onboarding process for our Field Sales team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment, coordinating with candidates, and managing onboarding activities with a good understanding of HR operations.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesManage bulk recruitment for Field Sales positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates.
- Handle candidate communication and interview scheduling.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct employee induction & onboarding.
- Maintain employee and recruitment-related records.




- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
- Support basic HR & operational activities as required.
- Track recruitment status, joining, and onboarding data.
- ? Requirements1+ year of experience in HR Recruitment / Bulk Hiring / BPO Hiring preferred.
- Experience in Field Sales hiring will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
- Candidates from Mumbai & Pune preferred.
