Key Responsibilities:
- HR & Talent Acquisition: Overseeing full-cycle of HR operations.
- Fair knowledge of Labor compliances.
- Manage payroll & related activities.
- Have hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant Experience: 8 to 10 years in HR.
- Education: MBA in HR (or) PGDBM
- Preference will be given to candidates with a proven experience within the Real Estate or Construction industry sectors.
- Compensation: will be commensurate with the candidates competency & as per this market standards.
