We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Construction Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality work, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within the given timeline.Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil construction work at the project site.
Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Clients.
Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site records.
Check material quality, quantity, and proper utilization.
Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed work.
Arrange required machinery, tools, and materials.
