Arena Animation Connaught Place is looking for a creative, skilled, and enthusiastic UI/UX & Web Design Faculty member to train and mentor our students. In this role, you will teach modern digital design principles, guide students through hands-on software labs, and help them build industry-ready capstone portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach UI/UX fundamentals, user research, wireframing, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions covering modern design workflows and tools.
- Deliver foundational lectures on responsive web design layouts and implementation.
- Guide students in creating professional case studies, portfolio presentations, and capstone projects.
- Evaluate student assignments, monitor classroom progress, and prepare learners for tech industry placements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Graduate,



Degree, or Diploma in Graphic Design, Web Development, UI/UX, or a related creative field.
- Core Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of Figma and core prototyping software.
- Web Design Skills: Strong working knowledge of foundational front-end web languages (HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap) to teach basic web structure and layouts.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of skilled experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or Media Trainer.
- Communication: Clear, confident presentation and public speaking skills to teach batches effectively.
