Job SummaryAirtel Payments Bank is hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to acquire and onboard new merchants. The role involves visiting retail shops, promoting Airtel Payments Bank QR Code and Soundbox solutions, and driving digital payment adoption.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops and business establishments in the assigned territory.
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them to Airtel Payments Bank.
- Sell and install Airtel Payments Bank QR Code and Soundbox devices.
- Explain product features and advantages to merchants.
- Complete merchant KYC and onboarding documentation.




- Ensure successful merchant activation.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with merchants.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Team Leader.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Merchant Onboarding, Field Sales, BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, or Payment Solutions is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Airtel Payments Bank, or similar merchant acquisition roles will be given preference.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
