This is a leadership role responsible for expanding the company's B2B distribution network, managing regional sales teams, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

? Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve business objectives

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets

? Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to develop effective growth strategies

? Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction

? Travel extensively across India to strengthen business relationships and support channel partners

? Salary:

? Fixed Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
