Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.

- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and project coordination.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

- Assist in material selection, furniture layouts, and finishing details.

- Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and timelines.

- Resolve site-related issues and provide practical design solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and techniques.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

- Positive knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max.

- Strong understanding of interior materials, construction details, and site execution.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
