Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Manager – Design Execution who will take complete ownership of transforming design concepts into successfully executed projects. You will lead end-to-end execution from design handover through fabrication, logistics, and final installation while coordinating with designers, artisans, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple bespoke projects across India.

• Manage the Design Execution team and site supervisors.

• Convert design concepts into practical execution plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Prepare project budgets, BOQs, procurement plans, and monitor project costs.

• Ensure fabrication quality and production schedules meet project requirements.

• Manage logistics, dispatch, and on-site installations.

• Resolve site challenges while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with designers, artisans, vendors, consultants, contractors, and clients.





• Develop and strengthen relationships with artisan and fabrication partners.

• Create SOPs, project trackers, and documentation to improve execution processes.

Requirements• 7-10 years of experience in project execution, interiors, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, hospitality projects, custom fabrication, or similar industries.

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.

• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management software.

• Strong project planning, budgeting, costing, vendor management, and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable traveling across India for project execution and site supervision.
