Position:- Telesales Executive

Qualification:- Graduation
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Make Outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.
- Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance products ( Health, Motor, Travel & more )
- Explain Product features, perks and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.
- Achieve & exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.
- Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationships.
- Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed salary.
Work Timings & Perks:-
Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
5 Days Working
CTC:- Upto 3.79 LPA + Monthly Incentives
