Job Description – Process Trainer

Position: Process Trainer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry: Call Centre / BPO / Sales

Key Requirements:

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in Call Centre Sales / Telecalling.

- Previous experience as a Process Trainer / Sales Trainer / Team Leader will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sales process, calling techniques, objection handling and customer communication.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to conduct recent-joiner training, refresher training and process training.

- Should be capable of monitoring and improving agent performance.

- Comfortable with role plays, call audits and feedback sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales executives.





- Explain process, product, sales pitch and calling guidelines.

- Conduct role plays and practical sales training.

- Identify performance gaps and provide feedback.

- Conduct refresher training based on team requirements.

- Coordinate with Team Leaders/Operations for training and performance improvement.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with strong Call Centre Sales experience who understands the complete sales calling process.
