Key Responsibilities

Excel & Data Management

- Maintain and update daily operational records in Excel.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, shipments, orders, and delivery status.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Logistics Operations

- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouses, and vendors.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery performance.
- Resolve logistics issues and shipment delays.
- Maintain shipping and delivery documentation.
