Job Title: Sales Representative – Stock Market Courses & Trading Platforms

Salary: ₹18,000/month + incentives

Role Overview:

Drive sales of stock market courses, live trading classes, and trading account openings. Convert leads into active traders and learners through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sell educational packages (beginner to advanced courses, live mentoring sessions)

· Promote brokerage account creation and platform activation

· Engage warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and demos

· Meet monthly revenue and activation targets

· Follow up on trial users and convert to paid plans

· Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline updates

Ideal Candidate:





· 1–3 years in sales (fintech, edtech, or BFSI preferred)

· Basic knowledge of stock markets, trading, or investing

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient

· Familiar with CRM tools and lead management
