मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

* नए ग्राहकों की पहचान करना और उनसे संपर्क स्थापित करना।

* संभावित ग्राहकों को नियमित ग्राहक में परिवर्तित करना।

* ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर के परिवहन एवं समय पर डिलीवरी का समन्वय करना।

* भुगतान की समय पर वसूली सुनिश्चित करना।

* बिक्री के बाद उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान करना तथा ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।

पारिश्रमिक:

* निश्चित मासिक वेतन।

* सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा किए गए सभी कर योग्य (Taxable)



बिक्री पर 1% कमीशन।

* निर्धारित बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरे करने पर प्रदर्शन आधारित इंसेंटिव एवं बोनस।

* कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता (Travel Allowance)।

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and approach prospective customers.

* Convert leads into regular business.

* Coordinate transportation and timely delivery of customer orders.

* Ensure timely collection of payments.

* Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain solid customer relationships.

Compensation:

* Fixed monthly salary.

* 1% commission on all taxable sales generated by the Sales Executive.

* Performance-based incentives and bonuses upon achieving sales targets.
