About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of Sunshine in your city. Your role is to build strong relationships with doctors, schools, preschools, hospitals, NGOs, and local communities to help more families discover the support their children need.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people,



is comfortable working in the field, and finds purpose in creating opportunities that positively impact children's lives.

What You'll Do

- Build and nurture relationships with doctors, schools, hospitals, NGOs, and other referral partners.
- Visit potential partners regularly to introduce Sunshine's services and strengthen existing relationships.
- Organise awareness sessions, workshops, developmental screening camps, and community events for parents and educators.
- Generate quality referrals that translate into assessments and therapy enrolments.
- Work closely with the Centre team to ensure every enquiry receives timely support and follow-up.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of referral partners and keep records updated in the CRM.
- Stay informed about the local market, competitor activities, and recent opportunities for partnerships.
- Represent Sunshine at local events and networking opportunities.
