Founders Office - Sales and Marketing Intern.

About the Role : We're looking for an ambitious, proactive Sales & Marketing Intern who is excited to help build a growing consumer brand from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders on business development, partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships, Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential partners, including clinics, yoga studios, wellness centers, gyms, corporate offices, and other aligned businesses.
2. Build and nurture relationships with prospective partners.
3. Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and assist in closing partnership opportunities.
4. Maintain and update CRM and partnership pipelines.

Sales & Events

1. Represent the brand at offline pop-up events, exhibitions, and community activations.
2. Engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive on-ground sales.
3. Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the sales experience.
4. Help plan and execute successful offline marketing events.

Marketing & Growth

1. Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
2. Research competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
3.



Assist with content ideas, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
4. Support digital and offline marketing efforts.

Strategy & Operations

1. Work closely with the founders to develop sales and marketing strategies.
2. Identify growth opportunities and propose new initiatives to increase revenue.
3. Analyze campaign and sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Take ownership of projects that contribute to building the company from the ground up.
