Roles & Responsibilities

Make inbound &outbound; calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

Understand customer requirements and answer their questions.

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits or appointments.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely.

Update the reporting sheet with daily call status and follow-up details.

Report daily performance to the team leader or manager.

Required Skills

Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

Confident, polite, and customer-focused.

Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Ability to work with targets.

Explain plot details, pricing, offers, and loan facilities.

Invite customers for site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.

Follow up with customers until booking or closure.
