Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders

• Maintain stock and inventory records

• Manage billing, accounts and payment entries

• Handle tender/GEM portal work

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and dispatch team

• Support business growth and daily operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Knowledge of Excel/Tally preferred

• Good communication and discipline

• Fast learning and responsible attitude

• Experience preferred in electrical or trading industry
