1. Experience in SMB merchant portfolio management
2. Knowledge of batch processing and transaction re -keying
3. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
4. Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Investigate and resolve customer -initiated requests such as missing payments,
reconciliation discrepancies, and out -of -balance issues
2.



Correct transaction rejections and processing errors Handle ACH returns and related exceptions
3. Process monetary adjustments accurately and within defined timelines
4. Perform transaction re -keying and batch uploads as required
5. Maintain accurate documentation for all adjustments and corrections
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
7. Respond to inquiries and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
8.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
9. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
