- ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes as per Belloso's recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow food safety and storage guidelines.
- Assist in prep work, stock management, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order execution.




- Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years experience in a continental kitchen is preferred.
- Freshers with basic culinary knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and breakfast dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
