- Manage end-to-end packers & movers services for customers, ensuring smooth relocation experience.
- Conduct field surveys to assess goods and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinate with vendors/partners for job allocation and service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and track ongoing moves to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Update job status in the system and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Salary- 20k-30k fixed plus 4k-5k petrol allowance and PF
