- Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Understand purchase requirements, source materials from multiple suppliers, collect and submit samples, visit vendors to monitor work progress, and coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams.
- Logistics & Transportation Management: Arrange porters and vehicles, track deliveries, ensure timely transportation, and manage daily porter and transportation payments on a site-wise basis.
- Material Receipt & Quality Control: Track material quality at sites, ensure proper material entry with delivery challans (DCs), and collect bills, DCs, and invoices with gate entries and customer signatures.
- Reporting & Payment Tracking: Prepare monthly site consumption reports, monitor porter and transportation payments, and track scrap sales along with related payments.
- Site Operations & Documentation: Conduct regular site visits, participate in project review meetings, and maintain all required files, records, and documentation.
- Vehicle Management: Oversee company vehicle maintenance, monitor expenses, and track vehicle usage to ensure productive operations.
