Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to promote our jewelry products, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers through field visits and market research.
- Promote and sell gold, diamond, silver, and other jewelry collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular visits to prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options to customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.




- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in jewelry, retail, luxury products, or FMCG..

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in jewelry, gold, diamond, fashion accessories, or retail sales.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer networks.
