- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in machine setting, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to achieve consistent production quality and cycle time improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production.
Essential Requirement for Both Positions
- Positive knowledge of processing a wide range of plastic raw materials.
- Experience in handling engineering plastics and commodity polymers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and productivity.
