Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary -- Rs. 17900 - 19700 / Month

Qualification -- Minimum Graduation

Job Responsibility --

· Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution.

. Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an productive solution.

. Listen actively and understand customer concerns or issues

Fresher or Min 1 yr experience in in voice process

Shift time

8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)

5 days working, 2 Rotational week offs(1 week off in training)

Qualification

Graduation is mandatory

Salary - 17.9K to 19.7K

Linguistics - 23k to 26k

Language - Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu

Skills versant 4
