As a Junior Barista, you will assist in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and seating areas.
- Replenish supplies and assist with inventory management.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Support senior baristas and team members during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
