Job Description – MICE Sales

Company: Zenith Holidays Limited Position: MICE Sales Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR Salary: Negotiable (Based on relevant experience and current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

•

Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

•

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

•

Acquire new clients through networking, references, cold calling, and lead generation.

•

Prepare and present customized MICE proposals based on client requirements.

•

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

•

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.

•

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with clients.





Candidate Requirements:

•

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales.

•

Proven experience in a target-driven sales setting.

•

Strong corporate client base and industry network will be an added advantage.

•

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

•

Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.

•

Good knowledge of Domestic and International MICE destinations.

•

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.

•

Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
