We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can help build our brand through engaging digital content.

Job Summary We are seeking a creative individual who can plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content for our social media platforms and website. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete content creation process, from ideation to execution, while also supporting our marketing efforts with basic SEO and content writing.

- Key Responsibilities Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
- Research trending topics and create engaging content ideas for the real estate industry.
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Visit project sites and shoot videos and photos using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit videos using mobile or desktop editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and basic creatives using Canva.
- Write SEO-friendly blog articles and website content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand projects and convert them into engaging content.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,



and other digital platforms.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and real estate market developments.
- Required Skills Strong English and Hindi writing skills.
- Excellent script-writing and storytelling abilities.
- Mobile videography and photography skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and blog writing.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
