Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and other electronic security solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installing IP and Analog CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, networking, and related security equipment. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of security systems.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CommissioningInstall and configure IP & Analog CCTV Cameras.
- Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, and Video Management Software (VMS).
- Perform cable laying, conduit work, cable termination, and network setup.
- Install and commission Access Control Systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, Video Door Phones (VDP), and related security devices.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Maintenance & TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVRs, networking, and storage devices.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Replace faulty equipment and ensure uninterrupted system performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency service when required.
- Customer SupportVisit client sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Explain system operation and provide basic user training to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely issue resolution.
- DocumentationPrepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance records.
- Maintain daily work logs and submit reports to the Service Coordinator.
- Record serial numbers, equipment details, and customer acknowledgements.




- Safety & ComplianceFollow company safety procedures during installations and maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer sites.
- Required SkillsInstallation and troubleshooting of IP & Analog CCTV Systems.
- DVR/NVR configuration and maintenance.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Switches, Routers).
- Cable laying, crimping, and termination.
- Knowledge of Access Control Systems.
- Knowledge of Biometric Attendance Systems.
- Knowledge of Video Door Phone (VDP) Systems.
- Basic understanding of Fire Alarm Systems (Preferred).
- Positive technical troubleshooting skills.
- Customer handling and communication skills.

- QualificationsITI (Electrician/Electronics) or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- 10th/12th Pass candidates with relevant CCTV experience may also apply.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Freshers with CCTV training or technical certifications are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control, and Electronic Security Systems will be an added advantage.
