Position: Civil Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality construction, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved architectural, structural, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, and quality of work.
- Monitor project progress against schedule and report delays.
- Check contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and material verification.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain site records, DPRs, inspection reports, and progress photographs.
- Monitor labour productivity and resource utilization.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and housekeeping.
- Assist in snagging, testing, commissioning,



and project handover.
- Attend project meetings and prepare MOMs when required.
- Required QualificationsB.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of site execution experience (Industrial projects preferred).
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of RCC, Steel Structures, PEB, and Industrial Buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ verification.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP/Project Management software is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.
- Preferred ExperienceIndustrial factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics parks, or commercial projects.
- Experience coordinating with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting teams.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Work completed as per project schedule.
- Quality compliance and minimum rework.
- Timely submission of site reports.
- Cost control through effective monitoring.
- Safety compliance and zero major incidents.
- Effective coordination among stakeholders.
- Successful project handover within timelines.
