KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Store Operations & Sales Management • • • • • Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly across a 7-day weekly schedule with 10 AM – 10 PM operational hours. Achieve sales targets, maximize store performance, and implement local sales-driving strategies. Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness. Handle billing, cash management, day-end reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the corporate management team. Staff Supervision & Roster Scheduling • • • Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective targets. Design and manage efficient staff shifts and rosters to ensure full store coverage during operational hours (10 AM – 10 PM) across all 7 days, while coordinating rotational weekly offs for the team. REQUIREMENTS • • • • Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Management role (Leather goods or premium apparel retail experience is highly preferred). Operational Skills: Strong understanding of retail sales, floor operations, and managing rotational team shifts/extended hours. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory management software, retail POS systems, and billing processes.
