- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and understand their career goals and requirements.
- Explain our courses, training programs, career opportunities, and placement support clearly.
- Handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- RequirementsExcellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive personality with a strong willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
