Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our team in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good command of MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Assist in maintaining cash books, ledgers, outstanding reports, and basic accounting reports.
- Verify accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with invoice generation, verification, and tracking.
- Maintain physical and digital accounting documents.
- Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Knowledge of sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and expense entries
- Basic understanding of ledger and reconciliation
- Good attention to detail and numerical skills

Experience





0–2 years of experience in Accounts / Accounting / Finance.

Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge or education can also apply.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / relevant Accounting or Finance qualification preferred.
