Social Media Manager (Content Creation)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can manage our social media presence while creating engaging content that enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and strengthens customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to execute successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Content Creation

- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, info-graphics, and blogs.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and content production activities.
- Develop content calendars and campaign concepts.




- Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
- Create content tailored to different audience segments and platforms.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to support business objectives.
