- सवालों के जवाब देना (Query Resolution): ग्राहकों के मन में क्रेडिट कार्ड से जुड़े सवालों और शंकाओं का तुरंत समाधान करना।
- लीड जनरेशन और क्लोजिंग (Lead Generation): जो ग्राहक कार्ड लेने में रुचि दिखाते हैं, उनकी पात्रता (Eligibility/KYC info) की जांच करना और आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी करना।
- फॉलो-अप (Follow-ups): जिन ग्राहकों ने तुरंत हां या ना नहीं किया, उन्हें तय समय पर दोबारा कॉल करना।
