Start as Freelance BD → Move to Contract-to-Hire → Convert to Permanent Role

What You’ll Do:

- Bring direct hiring clients (India / International)
- Generate real, active hiring requirements
- Focus on high-value roles (NO Sales/Finance roles)
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition
- Build long-term, revenue-generating accounts

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in Staffing BD (IT / Non-IT)
- Ability to bring mid-size to large clients (30–500+ employees)
- Robust in client conversion, not just lead generation
- Experience in high CTC roles OR structured volume hiring

Important:

- This starts as a Freelancing role (performance-based) - (SO NO FIXED SALARY INITIALLY)
- Growth to full-time permanent position depends on:
