You'll manage facilitator recruitment/development, run cohorts, ensure quality, and scale operations as we grow from 1 cohort to 4-6 cohorts/year. You'll Own: Faculty recruitment & onboarding (hire 8-10 master facilitators in Year 1) Program delivery & quality (run cohorts, ensure NPS >8.0) Facilitator development & coaching (ongoing training, feedback, calibration) Program adaptation (customize Singapore module for India context) Curriculum & content management (update materials, fresh case studies) Student experience (feedback loops, continuous improvement) YOU BRING 12 years in executive coaching, facilitation,
