Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Consultant / Senior Developer Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 F&O; technical development, customization, integrations, and support. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale D365 F&O; solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. Develop technical solutions using X, C#, Visual Studio, and industry best practices. Create and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and technical documentation. Develop Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), customizations, and integrations. Build and support integrations using OData, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft technologies. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide application support. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and SDLC processes. Support code deployment, code merging, system upgrades, and Lifecycle Services (LCS). Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders,



and project teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies. Required Technical Skills Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;). Hands-on expertise in X, C#, and Visual Studio. Experience with Extensions and Chain of Command (CoC). Knowledge of OData services and Logic Apps integrations. Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps. Understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of version control systems. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure AI services and Microsoft AI-powered tools. Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and digital ecosystems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong documentation and technical design capabilities. Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: MB-200 Microsoft Certified: MB-300 Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
