If you've got a B.Arch, a project-management brain, and genuine curiosity about visual storytelling (films, CG, arch-viz), this is a role where you'll manage real production pipelines, not just paperwork. What You'll Own Production & Delivery Run daily production operations and keep project schedules on track Plan and re-plan resources for timely, profitable delivery Own budgets, timelines,
task allocation and quality control Run daily/weekly progress audits and flag risks early Realign timelines and priorities with Project Heads as scope shifts Forecast team workload and manage capacity planning Creative Involvement Contribute to 3D films, concept development and client presentations Bring a strong visual/design sensibility to production decisions Team Support HR in sourcing and hiring creative talent for the studio What You Bring B.Arch (mandatory) 2–3 years in project/production management — ideally in CG, arch-viz, advertising, or creative production Strong people-management and coordination skills; comfortable running multiple projects at once Sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in 3D arch-viz Bonus: background or interest in filmmaking, music, or visual storytelling Apply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume to
