Qualification:

- B.Com- Commerce graduates with 0-1 yr of experience will be considered.
- M.Com / MBA freshers are eligible for this role (Commerce Background Only)

Note:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English both are mandatory. Along with any regional language added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Must be a Graduate




- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
- Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
- Must be a positive team player
- Good problem-solving skills
- Assist team lead/supervisor to prepare various reports
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to articulate technical and complex scenarios with easy

Documents and things to Carry:

- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
- Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
- Mobile charger and earphones/headphones for assessments and evaluations

Mandatory to carry:

- Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.

Pointers to note:

- Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
