Mansi Share & Stock Brokers Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Accounts and Finance team.

Role Description:

The Stock Market Accounts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position manages client investment accounts, monitors stock market positions, and ensures accurate recording of trades and transactions.

Experience : 3–5 Years

Industry : Stock Broking / Financial Services

Location : Borivali, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing Stock Broking Accounts and accounting operations

· Finalization of financial statements

· Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits

· Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

· TDS & GST compliance, filing, and reconciliations

· Handling daily finance and treasury operations for the Group Companies

· Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis





· Coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

· Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements

Required Skills:

· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

· 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

· Strong knowledge of Stock Broking Accounting

· Expertise in Financial Finalization, Audit, Taxation, TDS & GST

· Sound understanding of daily finance operations and cash flow management

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (LD Software and Tally)

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are beneficial.

· Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to ethical and regulatory compliance.
