Position : Accounts Receivable Executive

Location : Ahmedabad in Prahladnagar

Education: Any graduate

Experience : Minimum 02 year to maximum 07 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Track & monitor receivables from e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.)
- Manage accounts receivable process for e-commerce industry, ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
- Handle chargebacks, file claims/disputes,



and reconcile payment gateway transactions accurately.
- Prepare GST returns on outward supplies and maintain records according to accounting standards (AS).
- Utilize Zoho Books or Tally software to manage financial operations efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and billing.
- Ensure GST compliance and accuracy of supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) to resolve order/return issues
- Support monthly closing and accrual/provision accounting activities
- Verify and validate deductions such as commissions, logistics charges, penalties, and adjustments
- Support internal and external audits as required

Package : 6 LPA

Working days : 5 days a week

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
