- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle company-provided online leads for Airtel Xstream Fiber (Broadband) and Postpaid services.
- Contact customers through calls and follow up on assigned leads.
- Explain Airtel plans, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified online leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely service activation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.




- Eligibility CriteriaGraduation is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, FMCG, BFSI, or Direct Sales is preferred.
- Age: 22–30 years.
- Bike with a valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
