We are building KhodeFit, an online fat loss and wellness brand, while also managing the founder's personal coaching brand. We are looking for a dedicated team member to help manage daily operations across both brands.
- ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram and WhatsApp messages for both the founder's personal coaching profile and KhodeFit.
- Respond to enquiries and convert leads into consultations.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
- Coordinate daily content posting (Reels, Stories & Posts).
- Upload content and maintain the content calendar.
- Assist with Canva designs, captions, and basic social media management.
- Manage Google Sheets, client trackers, and business documents.
- Support daily business operations and communicate with the founder.
- RequirementsFemale candidate preferred.
- 12th Pass or above.
- Basic English and Kannada communication.
- Laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
- Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Canva, and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Honest, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
