? Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complete production activities and planning

* Execute daily/monthly production plans

* Monitor productivity and production schedules

* Ensure safety and environmental compliance

* Lead and train supervisors, line leaders & operators

* Handle shade development, Pantone/RAL matching & standardization

* Conduct quality audits and maintain SOPs

* Improve productivity and maintain process traceability

* Resource management and productivity analysis





? Preferred Skills:

* Screen printing knowledge

* Colour matching

* Master card verification

* Productivity analysis

? Qualifications:

* BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

* 3+ years’ experience in printing production management

* Strong leadership & team handling skills

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control

* Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
