About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations at our waste management plants in Nagpur, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. The role requires someone who can handle routine accounting work, maintain accurate records, coordinate with plant teams, and support SAP-based entries and reporting.

This is an on-site plant-based role, so the candidate must be comfortable working in an operational environment rather than only a corporate office setup.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Handle purchase, expense, vendor, and petty cash entries.
- Support data entry and transaction posting in SAP, if applicable.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, invoice checking, and basic compliance support.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, employee advances, petty cash, and plant-level expenses.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Store, Admin, and Plant Operations teams for bills, GRN/GRPO, stock-related documents, and approvals.
- Verify bills against purchase orders, goods receipts, and supporting documents before processing.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and internal review.
- Prepare basic MIS reports, expense summaries, and monthly accounting updates.
- Support month-end closing activities and provide required data to the head office finance team.
- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely reporting in all accounting records.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Good understanding of MS Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with plant teams and head office.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Willingness to work on-site at plant locations.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working in a manufacturing, plant, infrastructure, waste management, logistics, or operations-heavy business.
- Exposure to SAP accounting, inventory, purchase, GRN/GRPO, or vendor accounting modules.
- Someone practical, reliable, and comfortable dealing with plant-level documentation and operational teams.

SalaryThe expected salary range is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, SAP exposure, and overall suitability.
