The candidate will build relationships, identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and help convert them into interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit apartments, builders, construction sites, and commercial properties daily.
- Meet property owners, apartment associations, builders, and architects.
- Promote Bluesky Concepts’ interior design services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
- Collect customer contact details and maintain a lead database.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the design/sales team.
- Achieve monthly lead and project targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Submit daily visit and lead reports.
