Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee (Civil) will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, supporting civil engineering and CAD-related projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting in detailed design and drafting, preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and documentation, and coordinating with senior engineers to ensure project requirements are met. The trainee will contribute to project planning activities, support analysis and estimation tasks,



and help track progress and quality against project timelines. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, learning company standards and tools, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and CAD processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with teams and clients.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting technical data, drawings, and project specifications.
- Foundational Project Management abilities to assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project tasks.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering concepts relevant to fabrication and detailing processes.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals that support multidisciplinary project execution.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD or similar tools) and willingness to learn advanced platforms.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team workplace.
- Interest in pursuing a career in engineering services, with readiness to adapt to diverse projects and client needs.
